ALBA 6 STRANDS BILLET TCM

A.L.B.A.'s special TCM is specially designed in order to be used in CC plants for cutting billet, blooms, beam blanks into defined piece lengths.
The machine is mainly equipped with one independent high speed water-cooled torch plus sample cutting torch type ALBACUT with integrated and energy saving pilot flames torch to always have the best performance.
The machines is also equipped with granulating system, fluid control system and all the others special features and necessary equipment and safety devices.
Reliability, ruggedness and short cutting times distinguish the A.L.B.A.'s cutting plant.
TCM in compliance with CE Marking and GOSTH K certificate.
Billet & bloom dimension: from 130 to 150 mm.
The ALBA bloom TCM was commissioned in JANUARY and is now fully operating in ACELOR MITTAL TERMITAU - KAZAKHSTAN
